Frameworks have been constructed to approximately 90m above ground level, and interior and exterior works are in progress in the South District and North District rental buildings. Underground excavation has been completed in some areas, and foundational framework has commenced.

The connecting deck between Grand Front Osaka and the North District Rental Building has commenced construction, and the overall plan of the Umekita development has gradually revealed itself. Pedestrians can enjoy imagining the future view over the street trees from Grand Front Osaka.

You can also see the “Multi-storey Square” being constructed in the park area, which will connect to the new JR underground station.
