Regarding the rental building construction, above ground steel construction work has begun on the East Building of the South District Rental Building following the advance work on the West Building. Its outline as the South District Rental Building is clear to see, and it is now easy to imagine the appearance of the finished twin towers. Meanwhile, final-stage excavations are being carried out in the below ground construction work.

Regarding North District Rental Building construction, steel erection for the high storied part has been completed, and steel erection for the remaining low storied part is progressing. In both South District and North District, interior finishing works and MEP works are progressing from the lower floors.

In the park area, the above ground steel erection for the “inspiration path”, linking the whole site from South District to North District, has begun to show itself, and part of how the entire “inspiration path” will look is now visible. Construction work is progressing steadily on the site toward its advance opening in around the summer of 2024.
