Regarding the rental building construction, above ground steel construction work is being carried out in the South District. The West Building (Park Tower) has only the rooftop floor remaining, while the East Building (Gate Tower) construction has progressed up to around 70m above ground.
Meanwhile, in the below ground construction, excavation was completed at the end of April, and at present, work on the foundational framework is being carried out.

Regarding North District Rental Building construction, above ground steel erection has been completed for both thehigh storied andlow storied part.
At the same time as construction of frameworks in the South District, all building areas in both South District and North District have entered the busy phase of finishing touches regarding MEP works, exterior and interior finishing works.

In the park area, building of the steel frame has begun for the large-canopy event space which will be integrated with “Reflection Lawn”, with its premium natural grass and water feature. Construction is progressing in earnest, since it is a curved roof construction that needs highly precise management. Soon, a sense of unity will appear between Multi-storey Square and Inspiration Path, and the appearance of the whole park will become visible.
