Regarding the rental building construction, the exteriors of the North and South District Park Towers are almost complete, and interior work is in progress on all floors for MEP and finishing works.

Above ground steel construction work is underway on the South District Gate Tower and South Tower. In addition, the “Valley,” a connecting passageway between the Gate Tower andPark Tower is beginning to take shape, promising to create a bustling, lively atmosphere on completion.

In the South Park area, two features in particular are attracting public attention: Gate Lantern, the spiral staircase entrance connecting the underground concourses of JR Osaka Station and GRAND GREEN OSAKA, and the Large Canopy that will serve as the event space.

In the North Park area, a waterfall has been created, which will allow water to flow from the Next Innovation Museum (tentative name) into a pond. The expectations of all those involved are growing as they prepare for partial opening in 2024 September.
