The construction of the North District Rental Building is nearly complete, and final adjustments are in progress.

Regarding South District Rental Building construction, interior MEP works as well as finishing works are in progress on all floors.

From the “Valley,” a passageway connecting the Gate Tower, the South Tower, and the Park Tower, there is a view of Umekita Park and GRAND FRONT OSAKA.

In the South Park area, construction work is underway on Gate Lantern, which provides access to the underground concourses of JR Osaka Station and GRAND GREEN OSAKA. The spiral staircase looking up from the basement floor is a space where the swell of a new era can be felt.

The Large Canopy is almost complete. The expectations of all those involved are growing as they prepare for the partial opening in six months’ time.
