In the construction of the South District Rental Building and North District Rental Building, the above ground steel frame construction using a large tower crane is proceeding, so that the outline of the building has gradually been revealed. Also, by adopting the inverted construction method, main framework construction of the basement floors can advance simultaneously.

In the Urban Park, excavation work is progressing for the “Next Innovation Museum” (below: Museum). The large part of the Museum will be underground, and as it will be covered by landscape once all the work is complete, it will hardly be visible from ground level. For that reason, the outline and scale of the building can only be observed under construction.
